This program specializes solely in lip enhancement techniques. Our curriculum is tailored to equip you with the latest methods in lip blush application, enhancing your confidence in this specialized area. You'll delve into comprehensive lip tattooing techniques, mastering dark lip correction, and gaining a thorough understanding of color theory. In the world of aesthetics, lip blush application, alongside lip fillers, has soared in popularity due to its ability to deliver soft, natural lip hues while creating the illusion of fuller lips.

 

DAY 1 will consist of theory and latex practice + trainer working on 1 live model 

DAY 2 will be full of practical work including one live model

DAY 3 will be full of practical work including one live model

We also offer you 6 months of support after your course is finished.

You will also receive a Lip Tattoo Kit that includes a Cosmetic Tattoo Machine as part of this course which can help you start working on your own clients straight away after the completion of your training.

SHBBINF002 Maintain Infection Control Standards and HLTINF005 Maintain Infection Prevention for Skin Penetration Treatments are prerequisite units for performing cosmetic tattoo services. Before enrolling in any cosmetic tattoo courses, you are required to have completed the relevant course for your state’s requirements.

These single-unit courses allow you to provide high-risk personal appearance services, including permanent makeup, in accordance with the Public Health (Infection Control for Personal Appearance service ) Act 2012.

This certification course teaches you how to maintain infection control during skin penetration treatments. You will learn to identify, manage and control infection risks of infections to your clients, yourself and your work colleagues in Australia. Our infection control certificate course also applies to beauticians, beauty therapists and other technicians who work autonomously in salons, clinics or in cosmetic medical clinic environments where they are required to make independent treatment decisions. SHBBINF002 Maintain Infection Control Standards can be used as a credit towards HLTINF005 Maintain Infection Prevention for Skin Penetration (a requirement for PAS licence with local councils within SA) 

The theory for this assessment is completed online. The practical aspect requires a simulated environment, which you can do at home.

You do not need to own an autoclave to complete the course.

DEPOSIT: 50% non refundable deposit to secure your spot. The remaining balance can be paid off in instalments before the start of your course date. 

CANCELLATIONS: 1 month notification to defer to the next available course if needed. No refunds made. Any transferred courses, must be taken within 12 months of the original training date. SAC reserves the right to change the course schedule, if this happens, you will be given plenty of notice. If any medical situations arise, a doctors note detailing the emergency for eligibility to defer to next date.
